Adult and child classes

People, including children and adults, are in a swimming pool. Some children are being held or supported by adults, and there is a lively, joyful atmosphere with smiling faces.

Who is it for?

Babies and toddlers from around 2 months to 3 years, accompanied in the water by a parent or carer. Classes are split by age and developmental stage.

What’s included?

30-minute small group lessons designed to introduce babies and young children to the water in a gentle, positive way. Our approach is child-led, with no forced submersions. We focus on water confidence, enjoyment, early swimming skills and helping parents feel confident supporting their child in the water.

Pre-schoolers and school age classes

4-Day Intensive Swimming Courses

Children swimming in a pool, using kickboards, with one child in a green swimsuit and others in various colored swim gear.

Who is it for?

Children and adults who would benefit from focused, individual tuition over a short period of time. Our intensive courses can be particularly beneficial for nervous swimmers, those who need additional support, swimmers who benefit from 1-2-1 tuition, or anyone wanting to focus on a particular skill or goal.

What’s included?

Four consecutive days of swimming lessons, with one lesson each day. Our intensive courses are available as 1-2-1, 2-2-1 and 3-2-1 lessons, allowing for much more individual attention and enabling our instructors to tailor the sessions to each swimmer’s ability, confidence and goals.

Swimming on consecutive days can be particularly effective for building confidence and reinforcing new skills, as there isn’t a long gap between lessons. It can also be a great option for swimmers who need more individual support than they would receive in a group environment.

Our 4-day intensive courses run during selected half terms and the Easter holidays and are available for both children and adults.

Availability

1-2-1 intensive sessions can be booked directly through our online booking platform when courses are released. If you would like to book a 2-2-1 or 3-2-1 intensive, please contact us directly and we can arrange this for you, subject to availability.
